Admission Requirements

The program is open for everybody interested in a high quality study program in the field of Educational Management at a Master level.
Formal Admission Requirements: - A curriculum vitae (European format)
- A 2-page motivation letter (giving information on former study fields; academic achievement, professional experience in the field; reasons why applicant is interested in the program; future career or academic plans, value of program for home country)
- 1 passport photos (not older than 6 months) with the full name on the back
- Copy of passport or official identification document
- An English language certificate. Exceptions are applicants from the following countries, provided that they have received a Bachelor's degree taught exclusively in English: Australia, Botswana, Canada, Gambia, Ghana, Ireland, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda (English-speaking region), South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, UK, USA and Zambia. Applicants from countries other than these may request a waiver from the English language admissions requirement if they hold a Bachelor's degree taught exclusively in English from a university or college in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland, must be able to demonstrate that their English proficiency is adequate. The consortium regards the following qualifications as indicative of a minimum level of competence: TOEFL , a score of at least 79-80 ITB, 550 paper-based, 213 in the computer- based test, British Council IELTS, overall score 6.0 or higher, Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English, grade B or above, Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English, grade A, German Abitur, Austrian Matura or Fachhochschulreife, English mark of 2.0 (10, 11, 12 points) or above, GCSE in English, grade B or above, International GCSE in English as a second language, grade B or above.
- Signed Student Contract with 4 signatures
- Proof of Health Insurance Coverage in Germany („Bescheinigung zur Einschreibung an einer Hochschule“) EU citizens and residents can provide letter from their health insurance
Officially certified copies of original and translated certificates.
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent with a minimum of 180 ECTS Credit points or a minimum of three years of study from an accredited university
Above the formal requirements, it is essential to be motivated and have the discipline to study in our program! Therefore, we recommend a personal counseling session with one of our study coaches.
